The seat
The Somerwood Rollator features a folding seat with a padded back rest. This allows you to take as many rest breaks as you need.

The Somerwood Rollator is adjustable for both height and width. This means you can adjust it so that it exactly suits your personal requirements.

You can find out what the correct height is for you by using the guide below.

  • Feel along your thumb and the side of your wrist and, about an inch above the base of the thumb joint, you will find a sharp bit of bone.
  • Now stand with your arms by your sides, wearing the kind of shoes you normally walk in. Stand in your natural position - so don't stand up straight if that is not your normal position.
  • The distance between that sharp bone and the ground is the correct height for your Rollator.
    • Adjusting your Somerwood Rollator for width The patented width adjustment enables you to expand the Somerwood Rollator for maximum comfort and support, allowing you to move and turn corners with ease. You can then adjust the Somerwood Rollator to a narrower setting to negotiate doors and other restricted accesses. The larger framed person will find this feature particularly useful.
