Ordering a Walking Aid



Remember there is a 28 day full money back guarantee, so you have nothing to lose.

If you are within the UK

  • Delivery will be within 7-10 working days from ordering.
  • Postage and packing costs of £3.50 (£25 in the case of a rollator), along with VAT at 17.5%, will be added.
  • If you are exempt from paying VAT on medical grounds, you will need to do 2 things:
    1. Complete the VAT Exemption declaration that will appear on the Order Form
    2. Right now click on the Change Price Set button in the left-hand margin and select the Excluding VAT option.

  • Postage and packing will be £5.00 within the EU - otherwise ...
